Local Rules
Court proceedings are governed by both state and local rules.
Local Rules of Trinity Superior Court
The State Rules of Court are adopted by the Judicial Council of California for all Superior Courts and take precedence over local rules. Local rules vary from court to court and are intended to supplement and enhance the statutes and rules provided in the California statutes and the California Rules of Court.
Local Rules apply in Trinity County only.
